The Global Encryption Day will take place on October 21, 2021 under the theme “Make the Switch”. As part of the commemoration, the Internet Internet Society Uganda Chapter will conduct a Training Webinar for Human Rights Defenders and Public officers in Uganda for 6 hours as a way to make awareness about the importance of encryption and the need to make the switch to end-to-end encryption.
Applications are thus welcome from the Human Rights Defenders and public officers interested in participating in this training. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
Deadline for submission is Sunday 17/10/2021 and successful applicants will be notified on Monday 18/10/2021.
