Joshua Mpairwe is a software engineer with 10 years of experience in developing and maintaining online web based software/systems. He is the Director and Co-Founder of Centric Solutions (U) Limited – an ICT based company incorporated in 2013 and specialising in Software production, networking and IT Equipment supplies.

Jesse Nathan Kalange is an IT specialist, and tech-savvy activist who champions digital rights, Internet for all and equitable technology distribution.

Lillian Nalwoga is a technology enthusiast interested in promoting and advancing the appropriate use of digital technology for development.

A highly motivated full-stack IT professional and advocate for ICT development. I love working with driven teams and passionate people who take pride in ICT for development and impactful change.

Kayaga Beatrice is a Ugandan human rights lawyer with over six years’ experience in social justice and human Rights enforcement specifically women’s rights with a focus on law and policy reform, advocacy, and program implementation in Uganda.

Ashaba Nebert is an IT specialist and digital inclusion activist who champions fair digital rights, Internet for all and equitable technology access and distribution. He has a background in Information technology and Computer Science. He is a seasoned network operations engineer in the field of IP core with over 4 years of extensive hands-on experience in managing Internet Service Provider (ISP) core and distribution routing and switching technologies of major vendors.

Titus Busonga Heads the Finance Department at the Chapter. He has been a member of the chapter since 2011 and served as the Director of Projects between 2017 and 2020, and in acting capacity between April 2022 and May 2023. For over Sixteen (16) years, Titus has been a dedicated leader in Projects and People management.
